FieldMark — Privacy Policy

FieldMark ("we", "us", or "our") is a field installation tracking app built for contractors and installation crews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the app's core features:

• Account information — your email address and display name when you register.
• Project data — project names, floor plan files (PDFs), tasks, task statuses, due dates, notes, and photos you create or upload inside the app.
• Voice notes — audio recordings you attach to tasks. These are stored only for the project they belong to.
• Usage data — basic crash logs and error reports used solely to fix bugs. No behavioral analytics or advertising profiles are built.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To sync your project data across your team in real time.
• To send push notifications about task updates (only if you grant permission).
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc. (a US-based cloud provider). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Project data is isolated per account — other users cannot access your projects unless explicitly invited by a project foreman.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Push Notifications

FieldMark may send push notifications about task assignments and project activity. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.

6. Third-Party Services

FieldMark uses the following third-party services:

7. Children's Privacy

FieldMark is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FieldMark after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
